The basis of qualitative introduction of products of the Module ETP is selection of optimal technology, to minimize costs, to establish effective production operations and to choose optimal combination of productive resources to provide necessary technology.

Products of the Module ETP pass mandatory system of checks and tests on functionality and efficiency that is a guarantee of quality and reliability of the product. Each model runs a complete set of reliability and durability tests for studying the product life cycle and identifying potential problems before selling the product in batch production. Use of specialized stands for extreme accelerated tests in a dynamic variable environment allows checking and assess the reliability and durability of the product during the short time, taking into account its aging, fatigue, wear and degradation during operation. The Module ETP tests each product according to functional parameters for performance and compliance with established requirements to ensure the maximum efficiency of each product without exception. Particular attention is paid to testing of packaging and transportation. The Module ETP developed a test procedure and a system of crash tests to check and protect products during transportation and logistics.

Specialists of the Module ETP uses modern automated design systems at the stages of design and technological preparation of production, providing the development of products of any level of complexity with the maximum precision of manufacturing and minimal time. The use of automated software systems allows us quickly and qualitatively to create industrial design, 3d product design, engineering analysis, develop technological process, carry out material and labour assessment and put the product into production.

Creating new products is one of the main areas of the Module ETP development. The Module ETP is an enterprise with a multi-profile production and modern equipment for complete closed cycle of production that enables to control the quality of manufactured components and products in whole, to develop and implement new projects in the shortest possible time. The total production area of the company is over 15,000 m². The work is provided by over 300 units of equipment. The number of employees of the company is about 500 people. Production capacity is of 700 thousand units a year. More than 250 models of products in a wide range.

The main production of the Module ETP company possesses technology and equipment of processing of the various types of materials: pattern cutting of sheet metal with laser cutter; cutting-out and plastic forming, turning, cutting and electro-erosion treatment of metal, welding, cast moulding of plastics and aluminium under pressure, heat treatment of metal, coating of various types: powder coating, zinc plating, chromium plating. For preparation of production, the company provides itself with the manufacture of compression moulds, impresses, moulds for own production.

The Module ETP owns a laboratory management system and quality control at the production. Comprehensive complex product quality check at each stage of production is ensured by the Module ETP with high quality of all products and reduces the possibility of defects to a minimum. The main purpose of product quality control of the Module ETP is verification of the conformity of products with the requirements of the normative and technical documentation and international quality standards, information on the progress of production process and maintenance of its stability; protection of the enterprise from supply of low-quality materials; detection of defective products at the early stages of production; prevention of production shortages; adherence to quality standards, and prevention of supply of low quality products to consumers.

The Module ETP continuously develops and improves production and management through comprehensive automation of production processes, in order to increase productivity, quality improvement, optimization of production process, allowing more efficient use of necessary resources. Management system of the Module ETP automates the processes of organization and planning of production, material and technical support, work with customers and suppliers. The automated control system adjusts the interaction of all structures of the Module ETP quickly and qualitatively. Production of the Module ETP is provided and actively uses an automatic powder coating line, press machines for casting plastics under pressure, automatic machines for laser cutting of sheet metal, etc.

Organizing processes of the Module ETP covers the interaction of all elements of production and a set of activities in organization, planning, material and technical support and production personnel, aimed at serial production of products of the highest quality, improvement efficiency and ensuring stable development; improvement of quality of products; increasing the efficiency of staff at all levels; improvement of infrastructure.

Preparation of production of new and modernization of existing products involves a set of interrelated work that establishes the sequence and conditions of the processes of manufacturing products in the most efficient ways to ensure rhythmic and cost-effective production. The Module ETP has its own powerful technological base, which ensures complete technological readiness of production to release a new product with minimal labour, material and time costs. The Module ETP independently carries out the technological preparation of production: selection of rational methods of manufacturing parts and components, development of technological processes, design and manufacturing of impresses, press moulds for casting of plastics, devices, tools and equipment.
